A few things worth knowing upfront.
Do my clients need their own Distrable account?
Only if you want to give them one. You can manage everything for them yourself, or hand them a login to their own account whenever you're ready, either way, their balance is always yours.
Can a client see my balance or my other clients?
No. Billing is only ever visible from your own top-level account. A client's own login, if you give them one, never shows a balance, a bill, or anything about who else you manage.
How does client usage affect my balance?
Every client uses the same agency balance. Each deduction is recorded against the client that caused it, so you always know exactly where your credits went.
What happens if I switch into a client's account?
You're working directly inside it, their website, their opportunities, their settings, until you switch back.
Does a client's website ever get published to without approval?
Only if you let it. Every client can be set to require approval before anything goes live, or left fully autonomous, per client.
